If you buy 10 rolls, price drops to $18.80Aus

So if I order this film from Australia can I mail the film to the Kodak address in New Jersey?

In the UK these seem to be the cheapest at 7GBP if bought in 24s and 8GBP for less. Minimum order is 50 GBP and free delivery on 100GBP or over. Assume VAT included, it is not mentioned but 7GBP is just under 10euros.
