Dwayne's Photo?

Does anyone have an online copy of Dwayne's Photo ( www.K-14movies.com ) orderform? Their site has been down for almost a week, and I cant send my film in without a form. Thanks

I don't have their form, but if you want it sent it to Dwaynes, just drop it off at Walmart before Friday comes around, and it will come back by next Friday.

Go to the drop off stand, and fill out one of the forms. You'll notice on their stand a catalog stating information on "movie film".
Just write in the "special instructions" area "movie film", and when you go to pick it up from the counter, just tell them it was a 2 week send out.

This is just in case you cant the form for Dwaynes.

4.88 a pop, not bad.

Theres plenty of Walmarts in San Diego.
