Is there a sketch how to build and to setup required equipment? Is a 150W projector bulb not to bright and damaging to the CCD's of the camcorder?

You have a condensor lens to project the image into? 150w might be too bright.

Have you checked out Roger Evan's Workprinter and Cinemates? That's going to be your best option. I believe he sells the condensor lens separately, however.
