None. Studios don't take risks, only innovators.
Of course, the studios use video for their TV trash.

When you're spending ?250,000 on Ben Afleck or some other pratt, the ?50,000 or so for film doesn't seem such a hardship

George Lucas has just filmed Star Wars Ep 2 on DV and is planning to use it for all his future work.
Don't be so snobbish about film - DV is the future without question.
