At the moment I'd say Godfather as I just bought the trilogy on DVD. When I get around to watching part 2 that will probably take its place. My favoured films change with the wind.
Goodfellas is also up there, which leads me to my favourite director: Martin Scorsese.

theres a lot of good stuff out there...to plagarise a quote: "Good films you know, good films you don't"....any way here are just a few: Godfather Trilogy, North by Northwest, Spielberg, Copola, Kubrick, Scorsece, Hithcock....unfortunaltely Lucas doesn't make the list...sorry to disapoint!
