god I just read my comments (as Machead) in dec 2001,

In 3 years time they'll be talking about 5gig iPod MP3 players that act as an external hard drive's that you can boot from.and packages like iDVD.
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">funny because the Zunes taken 6 years to come out. I got something wrong.

I've seen it once but don't think I could watch a whole series. It was (is?) at least as good as The Office in my opinion.

The Apple spots do make me chuckle though. "shenanigans and tom-foolery" indeed.

Just not my type of humour.

The Office was ok. Some parts of it had me screaming with laughter but large portions of it made me sit there in complete indifference. The other problem I have with this type of show is that it doesn't stand up to repeat viewing. They're mostly a one trick pony that relies on you not knowing where they're going to go (e.g. football flies from camera left and hits woman in face). Once you know what's going to happen it's just not funny.

I don't think The Office deserves its "No. 1 comedy show of all time" tag. Fawlty Towers (to which it is unfairly compared all the time) is WAY funnier and you can watch those shows repeatedly with effect.

I'm absolutely in love with the office, Ricky Gervais is by far my favourite comedian. I can't really get away with the peep show, sometimes it makes me laugh sometimes it doesn't....its alot better than little britain tho IMO
