Are all Governments Murderers?
In the 21st Century what does war mean? Is it the strategic removal of
evil-doers, the clinical attacks on terrorist dens? Or is it the
destruction of civilian livelihoods, the murder of the innocent, and the
opening-up of new markets by imperiallistically minded governments.
filmmakersagainstwar.org was formed in 2003 as a response to the
mainstream medias' supportive, non-critical view of foreign policies in
Afghanistan and Iraq.
filmmakersagainstwar.org is formed by a network of volunteers and invites
participation from filmmakers, media workers, designers, artists and
activists world-wide.
filmmakersagainstwar.org aims to promote narratively driven, visually
sttriking, anti-war material that engages a wide audience with views and
voices that are not heard in mainstream broadcast and publication.
filmmakersagainstwar.org do not wish to impose individuals' beliefs or
advertise minority agendas, we are however interested in giving voice to
those whose views, though well researched with publicly available
evidence, are rarely heard within the mainstream media.
filmmakersagainstwar.org would like to see an end to war and conflict, an
end to the arms trade, and for those who are suspected of war crimes and
crimes against humanity to be brought to justice.

It's our world, so let's reclaim it!
