I think he used to. But not meaning to sound harsh here, but who would buy them, and why?
There isn't a market for short films. Usually it's a calling card for the makers, the first rung on the ladder to making a feature (which you have a chance of selling).

It's from experience that I say there's no market for short films in this country.

Yeah; I'm a lifeguard. Started part-time when I went to Uni and I'm still there as I look for work (been offered a 'promotion' actually!)
