I was officially diagnosed as depressed 2 and a half months ago.
I'm on 40mg of Prozac a day and in therapy once a fortnight.
No further film-making activities forthcoming in the meantime.

Cheers dude. It's been a difficult few months lately.
I've got no motivation to even do the simple things, like housework or shopping, so anything more taxing is out of the question. The only thing I do is go to work and some days I don't even do that.
Some days are better than others. Some days I'm fairly optimistic and other days I'm hiding under the bedclothes thinking of the most efficient way to do myself in.
Life, eh? Who'd have it?
well the last thing you wanna do is "do yourself in".

There's several issues I'm trying to work through, but this isn't really the platform to discuss them.
Sorry to hear that things are tough at the minute Phil. Apparentely everyone suffers some form of depression at some point in their life and definitely nothing to be ashamed of.
I'm not gonna play therapist, but I hope that you can get yourself out of this temporary mire and get back onto your feet in your normal, and not so normal film-making life!
