Scnapps Barge was probably one of the coolest eras in my life I fucking loved it...Karaoke every Friday..cheap as fuck booze...gigs on a Monday (and Saturday before I started my rock night there)
Lets get Matrix to make the upstairs all boat shaped and tatty......
Lest we forget...
Beaker
Kung Fu Joe
Everyy single flavour schnapps you could think of including chocolate
Howling Wolf schnapps (chartruese is for pussys!)
Ian,the fruity manager
Walker top notch barman
Incidentaly...the reason that place closed was down to a guy called Paul Golding,a confidence trickster who took adavantage of the fact that Ray and Eileen thought the place was going to have to move,he payed them nothing for the place..pissed off most of the regulars and sold off all their booze, ordered more and didnt pay, pocketed the cash and stole 50 of my cds....
A large group of us found out where he lived one night and went down to the fuckers flat....pussy wouldnt opened the door so one guy kicked the fucker in....sweet...

super sweet.......
what is sweet is that I have just had an email from Dave Neabore from DOg Eat Dog/All Boro Kings giving me the contact company to book them for a gig...catch is they are in america and its too costly to book them for a one off.....I hope they tour again this year
