i tried to get my 18th at lucarlys but they dont let u as they cant insure everyone is over 18, thus lettin a room out and losing money when someone else could of got it and spent money on the beer!
have u phoned up where u had in mind?
if its a private place, then thats fine but halls like lucarlys cant. licenses arent what they used to be.....*hollywoods...*
