Chick With Vinnie News

Hey Guys,

At the Elektric band concert i managed to talk to Chick for a short time and asked him about his new cd!

Me (running after chick after he had left the crowd and started walking towards his car): I've got you one more question please, Chick

C: Yeah sure,

Me: I heard that Vinnie is playing on your new album

C: Yeah, he just finished recording the drum tracks

Me: Thats amazing, when will it be releaseD?

C: Don't know when it will reach Hong Kong but it should be out in the summer in the U.S

Me: That's awesome, im gonna be in L.A this summer so i will pick it up then

C: Cool, thanks a lot man, by the way its called the ultimate adventure

Me: I bet it will be the ultimate adventure

C: Haha (hugs me [img]biggrin.gif[/img] )

That's way cool! I love the way Vinnie kicked the Akoustic Band in the pants on the Live in Tokyo gig. Hopefully this will be better music than the last Elektric Band release.

The first time i heard the latest Elektric Band release properly was at the concert and i frickin loved it, then i bought the cd and ofcourse the live energy is missing but the music is definetely amazing aswell! Personally i loved it my favourite tracks being 1,3 and 5.

Anyways, i can't wait to see Dave again at the clinic and tell him how amazing the music was that night and how it has given me new motivation.

I can't wait for this ultimate adventure with chick and vinnie to begin again!!

I too liked a few tracks from the release but a lot of it sounded too much like the "Matador" music Chick writes sometimes. Just not my cup o' tea. The playing was great of course! They could be playing Cartoon music with Vinnie and I'd probably still buy it [img]wink.gif[/img]
