Is it just me or should Bernard have his own childrens cartoon for drumming?

P.S. I mean no offense... I realize he is a pioneer of drumming.

That video has always been among my favourites. Never forget how important it is to have fun while playing!
I particularly find his explanation of ghost-notes so amusing: "Don't worry about the ghost-notes, they ain't nothin' but rebound!"

That whole video kills me! It is hilarious how he acts like he is hearing his own playing for the very first time! He gets all surprised and stuff! I love the grunting/scat singing he does. "Uhhh!"
I love his playing on Steely Dan's Royal Scam record. As well as Aretha's Rock Steady. Just listened to King Curtis Live at the Filmore and he is tearin' it up! Pretty Purdie is the sh**, man!!
