Joan Rivers Show band members?

I was watching the third disc of the Joan Rivers compilation, and about half way through, on one of the intro tune vids, the camera panned further over to the left, revealing another dude playing keys. I'm not talking about the geeky guy with the glasses, beard and mullet, but this other dude looked like a young Randy Waldman. Can anyone verify if he ever played for that show.

Randy was/is a session musician around LA and the 2 have worked together before the show came about.
