I will try to do a complete still photo and video of the events, drums, personalities. Virgil's sick display and Lang's was worth video taping last year and I missed it!

    Here's some NAMM pics;

    Ok.... just got off the phone with Brian Bromberg. Sez he's gonna do a gig on thursday night with Joel Taylor doing the "Bass ackwards" stuff. It's gonna be called Bass Quake and there's supposed to be some smokin bass players playing there that night. If you haven't heard the "bass ackwards" CD, it's like Joe Satriani meets fusion while on a few hits of acid. It's pretty rad (don't ask what "rad" means.... ask any skateboarder or someone from So. Cal.)

    When I 1st heard the CD, I thought it was a burning guitar player just shreading through some melodic kinda Eric Johnson sounding material. But come to find out it was just Brian and Joel. Brian layed down the bass tracks and the played piccolo bass over the tunes. Killer stuff.

    I guess Brian recorded with Vinnie yesterday. Didn't get from him what they were doing, but I'll find out later.

    Anywhoozzz!! It's supposed to be at a place called JT Schmidts in Anaheim. Supposed to be close to the Convention Center.

    See youz guyz laterz.
