Beautiful song, and amazingly well played.

P.D.: I love Maroon 5.

That was a really well written tune and yeah Tony has matured, he has facial hair now!

He was playing Pacific drums in that video, not dw - he is endorsed by dw and they make Pacific.

P.S. How is there two people on HOD with the same name!? (Samuel Lambert)

Cool. Cheers for that. Really cool, very talented band, hardly believable that it's recorded live, but it looks like it is. Rediculous sound quality for that too! It's a lot better than that godawful kid-fusion he used to play, lol!

Glad he's getting out of the freak show drumming and creating some decent stuff with a band. Good for him and he sounds wicked too.... although I do still enjoy his 'Tony Williams' solo
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">What Dazzler said.

I enjoyed his playing early on but was hopeful he would get out of just being a drummer and do something with a band.
I guess between drumming and professional bowling, (he went to school on a bowling scholarship) drumming won out. Great for him and us.

Yeah Maroon 5 were something else when they first came out and no one relaly knew them..check them out as kara's flowers...they had a cd released under that band name in 1997.

The drummer is a bit freer and plays a bit more in that album.

I can post a track or 2 since its out of print!

i'll check out this vid next time im in school cos my compuiter is too shit

Tony RJ seems to have matured a little...

That's why I always havce such a hard time when I see people online dissing kids for being 'clones' and 'sound-alikes'. They have to mature, listen to music and get out there and play before they become a little more soulful...It seems he's turing out more like Gerald Heyward than Dennis Chambers (thank God)...

Love the sound of Tony RJ's new band too, really tight and nice appropriate playing, not too wanky either. Very contempory pop...
