    That was pretty interesting... especially how they need HOURS of audio to find the right FOUR SECONDS of startup music for windows. It's cool that they got Fripp in to do this gig. Can't help but wonder how much he's getting paid for this!

    I thought that was pretty cool.

    Did you know Brian Eno did the Win95 sound? the little tinkly piano startup sound?

    He got 35 grand for that. Not sure what Fripp will get, if he gets royalties, he'll be into some serious money. Then he can reform KC again without worrying about how to pay Bill Bruford.

    Yeah I just recently found out that Eno did the Win95 intro... which is still stuck in my head. I wonder why they didn't get Eno again. Man, making 35G for 4 seconds of music... no... sound... wow. Time to put the drums away and take out the old synth! [img]tongue.gif[/img]
