Hey Steve,
Great playing! I love your left hand skills! Drums sound great, and the DV quality really shows. Can't wait to see more!!!

Wow, I just watched the video again on a better system and am really digging it! I enjoy the longer and over the bar line deceptive phrases!
That's the closest Vinniesque playing I've seen to date.
I guess Vinnie missed out on making a video because you have it covered.
Once again, thanks for sharing. Looking forward to the next video, even though I'm still digesting the first one.

NICE solo ! the stuff at the end kills me, very "crunchy" & unique sounding i think. is some of that the alternating hand, double-bass stuff that you showed on the #3 lesson ? my video wasn't exactly synched with the audio for whatever reason.

IF YOU HAVE ISSUES with this video, make sure you have the LATEST media player (Mac version as well):

Thanks for the compliments guys!
They'll be more, with music! Unfortunately I have only one cam so there will be music, but only drums shown.

Nice drumming Steve, along with some of the Vinnie influence, there are a few things that remind me of a few other guys, a few I know that you really admire. But you got your own thing going and that is COOL! Good work. Like your application of the double stroke with the hands.

who wants to see anyone but the drummer anyway?
strumming is not the most exciting thing to watch.
