Now that I have more web space I want to open the floor to what you guys want to see on the site.
Some ideas I have are this:
GET A DIGITAL CAM AND TAKE SOME PICTURES OF SHOWS.
It dawned on me tonight watching Weckl with Stern. How cool would it be to see pics taken from shows? I can't afford a camera right now though. Better start saving.
Other drummers. I need to write some stuff on other guys. "Drummers you havent heard of but should."
Of course, MORE mp3's and some vid clips. Cant get enough of that.

Just wanted to extend my appreciation to Steve for his effort in keeping the drumming community informed of industry happenings in general, and LA drumming news in particular..
As for suggestions...as much as I commend your daringness in video taping Vinnie shows at the baked (Mathieson Group...personally have been seen them many many times but did'nt have the balls to do it...and yes I share your sentiment that the tunes are cheesy, but in a state of shock of Vinnie's plaing), it seems however that the clip that you show only serves to whet the appetite of drummers. I guess what I'm trying to say is maybe you can show the whole tune and not just a tiny teaser clip..
Lastly, how's the Mike Stern show? Are they playing tunes from the "Voices" album????

Hi Steve,
You mentioned writing about other drummers; I'd like to find out all I can about Joel Taylor. I've been listening to him quite a bit lately and would like a little background.
Thanks,
Clint

Steve,
How about more mp3s. Do you have any more audio from Karizma @ The House of Blues in 98? I enjoy mp3 downloands the most! By the way, I am still trying to figure out the House of Drumming picture... You provide an awesome forum for individuals, like myself, to check in and get up to date information on Vinnie and other drummer icons. This is the only resourse of it's kind. Your efforts are sufficiant and I appreciate it every time I visit your site! Thanks

Hi Steve,
As for other drummers, how about
Kirk Covington (Tribal Tech)
He is a great guy as well as a great player. If any of you have not heard him play, I would highly recommend you listen to the Tribal Tech CD's from '92 till now.
Also Joey Heredia...another great player.
Thanks for all your hard work.
OH! were is the news section?

Hey Steve:
How about some video of Vinnie at Zildjian Day, New York. That'd be pretty cool.

I really like this site, which is the only source for some rare Vinnie stuff on the web. Nice job, Steve!
