    Question

    Anyone ever dealt with Pork Pie Percussion? I know their vented snares are pretty famous, but I'm really interested in their kits. Their mounting system looks pretty cool, too. Thoughts? Opinions?

    Not sure about his mounting system, but I would use RIMS. If I could switch my DW kit to RIMS I would.
    Bill does great work though, he cuts all my drum kits. I have a few different snares he has built and are in my opinion killer. I just got a new one from him, 5 1/2x14 with tube lugs in Jeff Porcaro blue. This was the last colour Jeff used on a kit. Bill did all of Jeff's drum modifications.

    Hey Randal! Been meaning to call. Will try tommorow. Thanks for the scoop on Pork Pie's "Bill." I'm looking for my next kit. I really want it to be spectacular.
