THIS SATURDAY AT THE BLUE CAFE
Namm Show 2006 will be at The Blue Caf? this Saturday Jan 21st, 2006.
The headliner for this show is Steve Ferrone and His All-star band!
The members of this band have played with Jackson Browne, Eric Clapton, Tom Petty and the Average White Band. A R@B Experience not
to be missed! On vocals for this band is Alex Ligertwood from Santana. Alex sang the award winning song "I'm Winning" and played
with Carlos for years.

That answers my question.
Steve Ferrone is NOT playing with The Average White Band that night. They play in Long Beach, but at the Vault 350.
Now, who plays drums with the AWB on their currrent tour?

Hmmm, I guess that is the million dollar question! If you are going to the Vault, you might as well swing by TheBlueCafe.com which is a more "intimate" venue (and alot less expensive!)

Went to AWB's website, doesn't say who's playing drums. But that gig at the Vault on the 21st is actually Tower of Power with the AWB opening for them!!
Missed T.O.P. at the Canyon Club last weekend because I had to work. I love those dudes live. They are one SMOKIN soul band!!
I would admit, The Blue Cafe is a cool place to hang. Dennis Jones is a great act to catch when he plays there. Kinda like Hendrix meets Stevie Ray Vaughn.
