A sublime, perfect song. *sighs*
It's on constant repeat on my comp, on my iPod and in my car.
Still not too sure about the album as a whole though and there are at least 2 tracks that I bloody detest - that 'Bombs...' rubbish and 'Me, Myself & I'. Both complete and utter tosh imo.

I also love Sing To Me and along with Who Would Have Thought they would be the songs most played.
There are some great reviews on the SG BBS and I love their 'wtf' moments beccause I agree 'Bombs' is definitely one of those moments for me
Barely listened to disc 2 yet.

I loooooove Me, Myself & I' but maybe that was helped by seeing Darren perform it live with a cute little mock sneer on his face LOL But I think it's very catchy and singing pretty much all of it in the falcetto range is pretty impressive!

Well I've never been a huge fan of DH's falsetto (although a little bit is ok) but on that track it's so OTT as to be unlistenable (imo). I just wish he'd be 'Darren' a bit more and stop trying to emulate Prince et al.
Anyhoo, have listened to TDTWM a bit more lately and although it's gradually growing on me, I'm not sure it'll ever be a favourite of mine. I think that's maybe down to my taste in music & his change in musical direction having changed so much in these past few years.

Oh yes I absolutely love this song. It is just sublime.
I tend to love the songs which have "pure" Darren voice.

Sing to Me is my favorite to, I admit to finding the first cd easier to listen to than the second. I am a bit concerned that I won't be able to sing along on the 3/10 (Those sitting near me might be grateful though ).

Quite honestly, I'm having a hard time with this album. I just can't seem to listen to all of it without either wandering off and doing other stuff or just turning it off completely. Apart from about 4 or 5 tracks, I'm really not very keen on it at all.
Anyone want a once played (copied onto my comp) Limited Edition (velvet box) cd?

OK, so I've listened to it again today and actually quite enjoyed it (apart from the 2 aforementioned tracks ^^ which were deleted off of my iPod PDQ). Maybe it's growing on me? I hope so as I'm not quite ready to give up on him just yet.

We've been playing it in the car but mostly cd 1. I just can't seem to get into cd 2 apart from a couple of songs, so Jan I definitely won't be singing along on the 20th!
Presently my feelings about this album
Sublime/Breathtaking:
Sing To Me
Who Would Of Thought
Love:
Casey
The Sun Is Always Blinding Me
A Conversation with God
The Only One
I Just Want You To Love Me
Like:
A Fear Of Falling Under
Waking the Monster
Listen All You People
Verge
Must confess I like it much more than TTATS but I just listen and know what appeals and what doesn't, I'm not 'taking the journey inside his songs' anymore if you know what I mean, well not yet anyway just haven't the energy, just want simple entertainment.
