Patti was signed on after June Millington left the group for a brief time. She was not one of the original members of the band.

With the First ladies of rock aging into their senior years, how many still have the success and are still in the spotlight as contributers to rock music?

A perfect example would be Stevie Nicks. Long after the glitz and glamour, Stevie still is making money doing what she loves, has hordes of fans, and looks great, although a bit heavier, but healthier.

For some, time has marched on and their popularity has waned and they can only live off their yesterdays, and who they were so many years ago. A great deal have left music behind for other careers that can earn them a living.

Who besides Stevie still has the success on that level?

[quote The Runaways should be #1 ]

Well said I couldn't agree with you more. I would also love to see The Runaways do a re-union with a new CD and complete tour. I just saw a Joan Jett show last week and she still is rocking as good as she always does. It's a shame The Runaways didn't get the credit they deserved. Each and every one of them are very talented. The Runaways rock!

<font size="2" face="Arial,Helvetica">Yes, they all have some success but not on the level of Stevie Nicks. If you look back to 70's Rock, its mostly men who dominate.

<font size="2" face="Arial,Helvetica">Indeed!! Their new cd is awsome. Morgan's voice has evolved so much since their first cd "spit"

    My favorite Kittie lyric:

You fell to the ground like rain
On deaf ears your cries met hands And knees were blistered
    Shouting from the tallest tree
    You declared wrong
    But they never listen
    There’s safety in numbers
    This cold-hearted world!

<font size="2" face="Arial,Helvetica">It won't happen because of the personalities clash.
