They were going to play at the Coachwhips show, but circumstances prevented it. This time you lot will finally get to see what a great pair of mathematical musical magician manglers That Fucking Tank are. Featuring members of awesome Leeds band Kill Yourself, they work with similar elements to that band ? precision rock power with a Shellac influence ? but keep their jamz purely instrumental, letting the drumkit and baritone guitar do the talking. Tank forged a friendship with these two Spanish mentalists last year sometime. As a result of this, they now tour the UK. When you see them you will be f**king grateful. Two men dress up in furry suits and play keyboards, drums and vocoder. The result is like a thousand flickering strip lights burning your retinas, but fun and sexy. GINDRINKER
Described by Coachwhips? John Dwyer as ?the best band in Britain? (that he?d seen play), Gindrinker are the third of tonight?s duos. They combine caustic and surreal Northern wit with cheap drum machine beats and wincingly literal bass rhythms, plus a bit of improv cornet perhaps. Request the song about the wrestler.

Two events next week

On the 13th of June 2005, I am exhibiting my work A449/19 (Work in Progress) in it's installation format at
PLAYBACK | TRIGGER#1.. A one night only exhibition at The Q-Arts Gallery in Derby. Also at this event is 3 collaborations
from filmmakers and musicians, So far confirmed are The Telescopes and The Development of Shape.

Thoughtforms are from Bath, and make beautiful instrumental rock in the vain of mid period Sonic Youth. From a recent gig review... Thought Forms will probably initially draw some attention because of their unusual line up: Two girls/one guy. Two guitars/Drums (no bass). There's so much more. Hi all, I'm new round these internet based parts - how you all doing? Just kind of accidentally stumbled across this forum. Is that the Cementimental of Pokemon in My Database? I picked up vol2 at No Trends in feb.

I've lived in Stoke all me life, but never knew about the Music Room or anything (despite it being only along the road from me) owt going on recently?

I am dan who partly runs the noground thing.

Well tim at least still looks at this then, since myspace people have forgotten about this a bit. Well I i don't look as much as i used to.
currently suffering from a computer crash which took out my comp completly still trying to rebuild but it will take time.
