I picked up their latest album and it's really good. Pretty good chance I'll get their other album too.

Definitely pick up their older album (Sink or Swim). Also they did a 4-song EP (Senor and the Queen) which is great and they have a very old mini-album called "Every Little Secret" (from when they were still called "This Charming Man") which contains some of their best work. I would recommend everything they've released so far.
