you're gonna love them live -- great show, I saw them a few times this year. Got to meet Jay (bass), great guys...
Not much going on here lately, so thought I'd share that I can't wait to see Bad religion on Sept 10th. Never seen them before, I'm excited!

<font size="2" face="verdana, arial">I have! I first saw them around 2004 or 2005, then last year, and I might go to their concert on September 10th.Originally posted by jen415:

I have not seen them in years. I used to see them a lot in high school.
Where are they playing Jen? Slims? [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
<font size="2" face="verdana, arial">They are playing the Grand Ballroom at the Regency on Van Ness. Fillmore/Great American era place, beautiful inside. It amazes me how many cool spaces like this have survived in SF. The promoter that took over the Warfield has been promoting shows here as well. Still bummed I didn't go to the Merle Haggard show there a few months back.Originally posted by pretty_in_punk:

Loquat and Tilly and the Wall played at The Great American Music Hall a lil while ago.
That place is so gorgeous.
I have been to so many shows in my life and nothing has ever been louder then Tilly and the Wall. I still can't hear.
I am looking forward to Chris Isaak at The Fillmore [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
I thought about Chris Issak but a friend that has seen him multiple times talked me out of it.
I keep meaning to check out Loquat, one day I'll make it!
They are playing the Treasure Island Music Festival and then they are off on an East Coast tour.
I'll keep ya posted. They def put on a good show. [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
I am thinking about sneaking in to the outlands festival this weekend... have you ever been?

Guess I'll have to catch them when they get back.
I think the outside lands fest is new, but in general it's kind of hard to sneak into the actual performance area for ticketed shows in golden gate park. You can hear the music from anywhere close though. I did get in thru the sponsors entrance at Shoreline once. Might try that angle!
