We?re back!???.sort of
by Trever in face to face
The exciting news is that after nearly five years since our decision to call it quits, we have decided to get back together and play some shows again. Truth is, we love the songs and the band. We never really had any personality conflicts or drama. There has always been a ton of support from the fans. So we figured why not? While we are still involved in other projects, etc. The plan is to get together and play some shows. We?re not sure what it will lead to in the future, but for now we don?t have any plans for writing or recording any new material.
The first show we will be back together for is Bamboozle Left at Verizon Ampitheatre in Irvine, CA on April 5th. More to be announced soon. Here is our official press release that probably says it all better than I can:

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
FACE TO FACE ANNOUNCE PLAN FOR REUNION
Los Angeles, CA ? After announcing their break-up in 2003 FACE TO FACE has revealed plans to reunite for upcoming live shows. ?We miss playing these songs live. That?s the only reason. We don?t plan on writing any new material or releasing new records as FACE TO FACE, but we are looking forward to getting out there and playing for people. The live shows have always been the best part of this band so why not continue to do something we love to do,? says lead singer/founder Trever Keith.
The band will consist of Keith, Scott Shiflett, Chad Yaro and Pete Parada. There are no immediate plans for a full scale tour. The band will be playing select festival dates in the U.S. and internationally. The first of which will be The Bamboozle Left in Southern California on April 5th.
Meanwhile, Trever Keith has completed a solo album under his own name which he plans on releasing digitally through his own website www.treverkeith.com in the coming weeks. The album, entitled Melancholics Anonymous, according to Keith ?picks up where Ignorance is Bliss left off.? Ignorance is Bliss was one of the six albums released by FACE TO FACE during their 13 year career and marked a departure from their signature pop punk sound. Keith will embark on a series of solo dates performing new material from Melancholics Anonymous beginning March 8th in Los Angeles.

It is great news. Hopefully they play smaller shows like at the Glasshouse. Those shows were always the best.
If you guys go to the old website http://www.facetofacemusic.com/home.htm and click on "Jukebox" there is almost every song ever made on there to listen to. about 100 I think
