hello, i just got a wurlitzer that plays 45's. most of the more recent 45's have the smaller hole on the record. i need to knock them out to the bigger hole as the jukebox only plays the records w/the larger hole. half my record collection has the smaller holes. does anyone know how i can knock out the smal holes so they are the larger size. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

hmmm i'd have to say power drill also...although you could stick a piece of cheese on one side of the record and a hungry little mouse on the other and wait till he burrows through, but a power drill might be faster...dunno i'll have to experiment

Don't use a drill. You are going to need to use a power tool of some kind, but not a drill.

I have one too- and all I can say is DON'T DRILL YOUR RECORDS!!!! Seriously, just buy 45s. There are plenty of 45's out there that are cool. I don't put any of my good records in my jukebox because I don't trust it- let alone destroy my records to put them into the beast. It would be cool to punch it in and listen to some of my better 7"s- but just havign the jukebox is slick enough, no one really cares that I put my good vinyl on the turntable.
