Man, I remember cruisin' around Orange County listening to " The Lords " back in the day.

They were so fresh and different back then. ALOT of old school punk rockers got into them.

Totally appealed to my gothy punk side along with TSOL,45 Grave, Christian Death, Bauhaus, Siouxie, Sisters Of Mercy, The Cure, ETC...

I had to add them to my My Space music player.

You youngins never heard them before ?
    Gotta check it.

    Long Live The Lords !

    <font size="2" face="verdana, arial">Haha! well no arguments here,opinions are just that,opinions.
I haven't seen Sisters in years and I'm going to the Denver show. They might be terrible now, you're right, but we'll find out soon enough.
I'll get back to you with my take on that show.
I hope It's not as bad as your experience.

First- Lords...love 'em. Their cover of Like a Virgin is classic.

Second-Sisters-Saw them in 1993 and they were incredible, saw them about 2 years ago in Phoenix and were so-so. Still really cool to see them, but definately not as good of a show.

Look forward to hearing any reviews of their (or should I say HIS) current tour.

    Take it easy!

<font size="2" face="verdana, arial">Couldn't agree more with you there Johnny..The Lords were a great band. But how could you go wrong with Stiv Bators and Brian James in the line up. Definately recommended and if you want to try them out pick up the Killer Lords comp. It was a sad day for Punk Rock and music in general when Stiv died.

And the Sisters...well Spiggy's roadshow ain't what it was, last I heard they are murdering the classics and have almost gone totally crap metal. But he has always been an awkward bugger and will only do things his way.
