New and Old

Hey guys,

An old aquaintance added us on his myspace page that I hadn't heard or seen of in quite of few years. His name is Kelly Fairchild. When I was in Toronto many years ago I briefly played in a glam band called BS Romeo, that is when I met Kelly. He tracked me down when I moved back to Vancouver and hooked me up to jam with the Loving Dead who were friends of his. That situation never panned out. Anyways he has a new band "Starland" and CD coming out that would appeal to people on the board. This was the Vancouver band that was signed to Nikki Sixx's Americoma label that never got off the ground. Also booted off the Motley Crue/Scorpions tour for being too outrageous at the request of The Scorpions.

I stumbled onto Kelly a little while ago and fell instantly in love with the tune "Let's Go Away". The rest of the stuff on the My Space page is almost as good. I'm looking forward to hearing the full album quite a bit.
