Just got my copy this morning, cheers Carl! It's a damn good read, nicely laid out and well put together. Fully approved!
Thanks Darren! That means a lot to me.
Which font? The only time I use anything in the text aside from the Times New Roman is in the interviews, and that is just Times New done in italics. Are the italics a bit tough to read? Having written it all I don't spend too much time staring at it, which is evident in a few spots both in a certain goof, and a factual error in a question to Buttz.
But thanks, I'm glad you liked it!

Hey Carl, great job man. I read it relaxin' in a cabin by the lake. Mucho thanks for detailed review, that was awesome!
You're welcome Mr. Hazard! I plan to send out a real copy to you soon. Glad ya liked it. It's meeting with decent reaction from the people that have recieved it, but this week it should be showing up at the magazines and websites for reviews. That has me a bit nervous.

Because of the gum the post office was telling me I had to fill out customs slips. I told them I was going to be sending a ton of these out, and I really didn't care to fill out customs slips for every blasted one. So a couple had to go without the gum due to the post giving me a hard time. If you get a pack without the gum, I apologize.

childish-looking - it's the l'efant terrible of
fonts! LOL

It was supposedly created for comic design work,
then again, it was Microsoft which created it,
and we all know what Bill Gates's aesthetic
abilities are worth: shit all.
Anyhoots, it might be a PDF thing, and my PC
subsitituted the font you did use with the Comic
one.
I've began comp'ing together some mock covers -
in fact, I was going to show you now, but I've
forgotten my memory stick. Maybe this afternoon
or tomorrow (depends if I can be arsed to cycle
home for lunch).

I went home for lunch...
These are about 40% complete. I stopped for two
reasons:
1. When I began building the speaker in 3DS Max,
I thought the idea of a speaker blowing up was a
bit overdone.
2. I though the layout on the pics/quotes one was
a bit dated.
I think the idea of a circle and the lightning
and the fire and tits n'shit could be good though
(for Issue 2) providing I execute it properly.
(It should look OK in B/W too.)
Just for fun...
