    1. Death Dealers compilation
    http://s39.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=0...T0P9F6KYCTN7M9

"this has a little punk, a little country, a little garage rock and even some ballads. The subject matter is all related though, so if you?re a true crime buff, you?ll probably like this one. The compilation ?Death Dealers? came out in the mid-1990?s and is labeled Night-Stalk1, although I never saw another record from this mysterious bootleg label. Interviews and news reports are cut in between tracks. The cover shot is a painting by John Wayne Gacy and is a different color than one I?ve ever seen, the Elvis paintings he did usually have a blue background. I?m guessing they changed it for the record."

    1 Eddie Noack - Dolores
    2 Interview with Ed Kemper
    3 Eddie Noack - Psycho
    4 Interview with Charles Manson
5 Red River Dave - California Hippie Murders
6 Interview related to Ed Gein
    7 Uncalled 4 - Grind Her Up
    8 Interview with Ottis Toole
9 Interview with John Wayne Gacy
    10 Mentally Ill - Gacy?s Place
11 Interview with John Wayne Gacy
12 The Bugs - Albert Albert
    13 Boston Strangler News Conference
14 The Bugs - Strangler in the Night (written by Albert Desalvo)
15 Johnny Legend - The Tower (about Charles Whitman)
    16 Interview with Jeffrey Dahmer

Okay following Marky's Pop Punk thread. I thought I'd throw together a McRackins Comp of our most bubblegum stuff. There is a few songs on here from all 13 CD releases. Much of it is hard to get now or out of print/sold out. The only one I left out was the Live In Madrid CD. These MP3's are at 320kbps, so it's a big file 150MB.

    Enjoy!

A blurb about my band for those who don't know.

The band hailing from Vancouver BC has been in somewhat of a hiatus over the last five years and has emerged with a vengeance. Their debut album, "What Came First?", on Shredder was the band's first ever release in January of '95, and turned out to be a surprise hit from an unknown band. Although many were at first skeptical of Vancouver's strangely costumed McRackins, the band won over critics with their amazing release of 9 great full length albums in just 5 years, including '96s "In On The Yolk" on Shredder, which hit .14 on national college radio airplay in Canada. As if that weren't enough, they've released singles, EP's, and compilation tracks too numerous to mention, totaling over 100,000 in sales all over the world. In November '96 the band made a very successful excursion to Europe, touring 7 countries, and performing some acoustic sessions for the BBC and featured on John Peel. They've gotten rave reviews from everyone from Hit List to NME, and have been lighting up phone lines at radio stations across Canada and the U.S.
The band has continued to gather a cult following around the world since its inception. The McRackins have released so many records from labels around the globe that their discography reads like a rap sheet of a seasoned criminal. The band has also been featured on the following; MTV Europe, Much Music, A Molson Canadian Ad, The Feature Film ?Downhill Willie? 2006 will see the release of "Bat Out Of Shell" the bands first full length studio CD in 5 years.

The Flower Leperds - Heavens Closed

As I have stated numerous times in the past, I come from a Glam and a Punk background. I found
Punk first (as an actual style), but was never attracted to it too much. I thought the bands were
for the most part nothing but noise. I got hooked on Glam before I did Punk, thanks to T-Rex and
Hanoi Rocks. But with there being few Glam bands in the world, I fell for Punk. Some of the bands
played borderline Glam (Charged GBH with their sped up sliding guitar chords and bouncing beats
being a prime example) and many of these Punk bands had an affection for the bands I also loved,
such as Hanoi and the NY Dolls. Heck, The Damned even played with Marc Bolan on his final
tour and spoke of nothing but love for the man.

So during my Punk days I tried to find bands that shared my love of Glam. Probably the best of them
all, and a band that is still a favorite of mine, despite them having only released three albums (and
one of those was a re-recording of the first album basically) and one EP, was The Flower Leperds.

Formed by the late Jeff Wolfe, the Leperds started as a strange Punk/Goth/Glam outfit out of
the Orange County area. I have no idea what the beginning version of the band was known as in
their area, as I found out about the first form a few years after they had broken up. But the version
I know of had Tony (Montana/Reflex/Adolescent/Adz and numerous other names) on vocals. This
and their image was what first attracted me to them. I loved Tony in The Adolescents, and they
were carrying a Glam image, so how could I not give them a spin.

The first album, "Dirges In The Dark" was a Punk/Goth critter that was very well done. But for my
money, it was the second album, the one I am posting here, "Heavens Closed" that hit all the
right notes. Hooks, energy, and a style that was actually ahead of their time.

If you like Punk, if you like Glam, if you like high energy RnR, give this one a try. Jeff Wolfe passed
away a few years ago. I'm still trying to find stuff out about the guy. I know he has a sister somewhere.
If you enjoy this one, let me know and I will post the others eventually. For my money, Jeff's
passing is a huge loss, as he shows he had some imcredible talent on these songs. Check out the
ending of the second song "Sunday" for an example of how friggin' great the guy was at writing and
    playing.

    1. Seduction of the innocent
    2. Sunday
    3. New electric church
    4. Worship the Reich

Grab that one when I get home.

Can somebody listen to track 5 of the Flower Leperds and tell me if it plays fine? My CD of it burned off with some odd Dolby NR stuff going on.
