"The initial release of the record contained a cover version of the Rolling Stones song Heartbreaker. However, due to contractual issues with the copyright owners of the song, it was dropped from future pressings of the disc. In October of 2001, the album was re-released, with wider distribution, and included a revised tracklisting, with Alien Nation and Shades of Gray dropped from the album, and the addition of the songs Bad Actor, Never Never and Bad Dreams. It should be noted that we were informed by a member of the band that a second pressing of the disc, identical to the first but without "Heartbreaker", was released, making the October 2001 re-release the third pressing of the disc. However, as of this date, we have never seen this second pressing version with our own eyes, so it may be that the disc only exists in two states or that the second state was a promo-only version."
