I actually liked the rock/disco crossover. The Kiss song was pretty good. Under Lock and Key by Juicy Lucy was quite good as well. This is not to be confused with glam/funk, such as Hello's NYGroove.

More disco/rock:
She's in love With You by Suzi Q.
Swaheto Woman by David Johansen
Did not like HofG by Debbie Harry et al out of principle. It sucked anyway.

I was thinking of covering Dead or Alive's "You Spin Me Round"...
that or "Opps I Did It Again"...but that would mean listening to the song & I can't do that!

One I'd like would be "I like What I Like" by a Canadian band from the early 1970s called Everyday People. Interestingly, one member was one Chris Poputts (sp?), also known as Chris Hate. He later was in the punk band Nazi Dog/Steven Leckie was in, don't recall the name.

Ahhhh.... here is a highly unlikely one that Trashcan Darlings actually covered at one gig for a laugh.
Manowar - Kings Of Metal
You should have seen the kids faces and we really had to bite our lips to not to laugh at the "Other Band Play, MANOWAR KILLS" backing...... it was fucking hilarious
