Agenda

1. Summer Performances
These will take place on Tuesday, June 19 and Wednesday, June 20, at The Studio, with dress rehearsal on Monday, June 18.

2. Time-table for future meetings

It was agreed that the next few Tuesday meetings at The Studio will be as follows. All sessions start at 7pm prompt:

January 9 ? Improvisation workshop with Gary Kitching.
January 16 ? Workshop with Jason Hunt.
January 23 ? Murder Mystery Dinner Party. To be explained to members. Not a real dinner, so have your tea beforehand!
January 30 ? Writing workshop led by Worldab members. For those not interested in writing, there will be the opportunity to work towards producing short, informal scenes from established plays as acting, directing practice.
February 6 ? Writing workshop for writers and performers continue informal scenes
February 13 ? Deadline for submitted scripts and read-throughs
February 20 ? Read-throughs and performance of short scenes
February 27 ? Decisions made as to what we will perform in June

A writing sub-committee will be established to determine which submitted scripts will be performed in June. This will comprise no more than five members and aims to make a decision by February 27th.

3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions will be ?2 per member from January 9. Collection of money will be more rigorous with an attendance sheet to be filled in each week to keep a tally of payers etc. These will be organized by Jonathan Ward and in his absence, by Cath Lancaster.
There will be the option for members to pay either monthly or quarterly by setting up a direct debit/standing order into the TPTOH account. The monthly charge will be ?8 and the quarterly charge is ?24 (for 12 weeks).

4. Membership cards
TPTOH membership cards will be produced, featuring members details and contact information such as hostboard address. It is hoped the membership card may be used to secure discounts at other theatre venues eg. Town Hall, Studio etc.

5. TPTOH
JW is proposing to produce a TPTOH newsletter on a bi-montly basis. This will initially be a couple of sides of A4 but with contributions encouraged, could grow.

6. Publicity
JW has agreed to publicise the start of the workshops in Jan. It is also hoped the Mail will run a feature on TPTOH in Feb/March to coincide with the third anniversary.
