More Roleplayers?

This is a question I wanted to pose to everyone. Should we try getting more people into the RPG? With the setup of the new board it would be a lot easier to manage than on the old board. I understand not wanting too many more, and I would try to keep the number of people I myself would invite low. I frequent a Harry Potter Roleplaying Forum, too, so I could probably get a few more from there.

One question that comes up of course would be how to deal with the new players and their mecha. I believe Nick mentioned to me before about having to have a way of applying for Gundams if we ever did start getting more players. So we'd have a sticky, the first post of which would list all available gundams or other "one-of-a-kind" mecha and include a link to mahq. People would than state which mech they want and list why they want it (how it fits with their character). Maybe even have them make a sample post first.

Ideas? Arguments? Criticism? Flames?

I'd like to get more players, especially so the factions can actually have human faces. I still have to set stuff up though.

I propose we make a "Grand High Canon of Gundam RPG Fact" that lays out the things that exist and cannot be changed or broken by any single individual. With these ground rules set, any new members could start their own adventure with their own friends if they're too afraid to join ours. Then we could have things going on all over the world at the same time. We'd become a text-based MMORPG.

So... am I right in assuming recruitment hasn't exactly been going swimmingly... (Thanatos I already know about you, it's all good.) Anywho it might be for the better for now.
