Commerce Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, is seeking a Human Resources Representative to work from our Mount Laurel, New Jersey Operations Headquarters. This position involves providing both recruiting and employee relations support to an internal client base of approximately 250 employees.

In this position, you will pre-screen and interview candidates, provide advice and guidance to managers on a variety of Human Resources issues and challenges, and enforce compliance with Corporate, Federal, State and local guidelines. This position involves high-volume recruiting of both non-exempt and exempt employees.

Ideal candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, hectic environment, have strong interviewing/assessment skills and the ability to influence and close candidates in highly competitive situations. Excellent communication, organization, presentation and customer service skills are essential. You must be able to establish strong working relationships with internal clients. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Internet Recruiting desired. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience with at least two years in a high-volume staffing assignment is preferred. Experience in either banking or financial services would be a plus.
