Human Resource Manager

Our client, a well known $15 billion global company, has a growth-oriented opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to lead the Human Resources function in a $2+ billion business unit. The position is in a highly desirable mid-Atlantic location. This is an excellent situation with high visibility for someone to make their mark in a fast growing energy business.

We are seeking a broad based generalist who must have HR experience with a medium to large size professional business and U.S. government contractor dealing with a highly technical product. Start up experience is a plus.

Experience should include consulting with managers at all levels on a wide range of domestic and international HR matters. Examples of accomplishments in the areas of employee performance, staffing, conflict resolution, compliance, career development, compensation, HRIS, training, and communications should be provided.

A Bachelors degree is required and a related graduate degree is a plus. A working knowledge of U.S. Government Contractor Requirements is required.
