    Re: Contract Recruiting Position

Hi all! Some time ago I wanted to start my own construction company. I had many ideas, but I could not implement them all because I did not know how to find the most qualified people for my company. Fortunately, an old friend of mine recommended me to look into construction recruiters in florida. Thanks to these guys, I was able to find many professionals who have many years of experience and most importantly, the desire to work and earn!

    Re: Contract Recruiting Position

Here are my learnings of hiring the best team members:

    • Be as clear about the Job Description as possible: most people make ambiguous job description and they end up hiring people who are not the right fit. In this case, its not the employee’s fault. It is your fault. Make a clear job description not for the candidate, but for yourself to understand what is expected of that role. Is it an execution role? Is it a thinking role? Is it a managerial role? Be clear about the JD.
    • Hire slow: don’t rush through hiring. I interviewed my first Sales hire for more than 10 hours. In our first conversation, we discussed about his past role for 3 long hours. Next day, I took him to 2 of my customer meetings which was another 5 - 6 hours including travel. After that he had an hour long conversation with my advisor. Lastly, he had another hour long conversation with my friend who had a strong management background. Needless to say, he is among my best hires.
    • Hire generally smart people during the early days: in the early days of your business/startup, prefer to hire generalists rather than specialists. Generalists can figure things out. Specialists can replicate what has been figured out.
    • During the growth phase, hire specialists: when your startup has surpassed a certain revenue or growth milestone, it is best to hire people who are specialists in a certain domain and have been there, done that.
    • Build your personal brand to attract talent: I write a lot on Quora, LinkedIn and create videos on YouTube talking about myself, my entrepreneurship journey and learnings. It helps candidates understand me and my startup better and so, we get a ton of inbound job applications from these channels. Almost all our initial hires were through Quora. Most of them are with us even today, heading different verticals.
    • If it is not a clear yes, it is a clear no: in the interviews, if you don’t get that conviction “man, this guy is crazy! I can’t want for him to join us”, don’t hire. In the interviews, you should feel excited about the candidate. More than excited, you should feel inspired by them and their expertise in the subject.
    • Set clear expectations: in the interviews, take time to explain the role to the candidate and set expectations. As much as you should understand the candidate, the candidate should also understand you, your company and most importantly, the role for which they are being considered.

Hello. Now you can find good specialists quite easily thanks to a special phone application. With it, you can even conduct interviews, communicate and view candidate profiles. And also you can learn more about work apps here. I used it to help me put together the perfect team for the job and was able to do it very quickly.

    Re: Contract Recruiting Position

Many job seekers have experienced extreme anxiety during an interview. Your speech becomes uncertain, your palms begin to sweat, and the fear in your eyes becomes increasingly difficult to hide. If you still don't know how to overcome this, there is a lot of useful information about this on the gotresumebuilder website. And even if you cannot completely overcome fear and stress, be encouraged by the thought that this is an hour and a half of time that will pass faster than the nervous period before the interview
