Based in Mount Laurel, NJ, we are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for a newly created position to provide leadership, direction and expertise over daily operations in at least two of the following three HR functions: Budget Control, Regulatory Compliance and / or HRIS.

In this key role, you will:
 Prepare an annual budget for the department and oversee the analysis of monthly budgeting and accounting reports.
 Monitor and analyze Affirmative Action statistics and data, develop and maintain effective practices and procedures for legal compliance and actively partner with staffing group to ensure goals are achieved.
 Supervise administration of EAP, FMLA, tuition reimbursement and employee referral programs and ensure required tracking and reporting.
 Supervise HRIS staff in problem solving, administrative and technical system services and coordinate system upgrades to ensure data integrity.

In addition to a relevant Bachelor?s degree, this position requires a minimum of five years of progressively responsible related work experience including three years in a managerial capacity directing a professional and administrative work group. Demonstrated working knowledge of general accounting, Human Resources compliance and / or HRIS required. Knowledge of Lawson a plus. Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel desired.
