HR Representative-Cinnaminson

Position is for Human Resources Representative to act as an HR
Representative at a medium sized manufacturing firm. This is a direct-hire
position and not a consulting position.

Job Site is in: The Cinnaminson Burlington County Region of New Jersey. This
is just across the river from Philadelphia.
Compensation: $28,000 - $45,000 annual + potential large bonus to 30%

Description:
Position will act as a generalist role. So, tasks will change & vary over
time. Starting Tasks will most likely include the following
1)Workers Comp. Review and oversee or reorganize Worker's Compensation
Program. This should not be an administrative task.
2)Safety. Reenergize safety program
3)Employee Relations & Communications. Work on team building with the
manufacturing staff.

The site consists of 240 staff members with 1 HR manager and an assistant.
This is a growth position (not replacing anyone just expanding) to report in
to the HR Manager. The corporation itself consists of 5000+ employees with
1.2 billion in annual sales.

QUALIFICATIONS
The best candidates may present the following.
1) Stable Work History.
2) 2-4 yrs college or equivalent
3) 3-4 years experience in manufacturing operation at plant location.
4) Communication skills especially in manufacturing environment.
5) Effectively communicate with all levels of organization
6) organization skills, creativity,.
7) Ability to perform clear and concise program Analysis and Reporting
8) Employee relations exposure.
9) Hard Working outlook
10) HR or Recruiting Specific Training such as SPHR or PHR.
11) Stable Work History (yes this is noted twice).

Specialized
1) Understanding of specifics of New Jersey Worker's compensation law..
2) Prior experience in setting up or reworking a manufacturing safety
program
3) Team Building skills and professional exposure.
4) Background in team building, workers comp in NJ and safety program are
not required but would be a nice addition to your presentation.
