POSITION PURPOSE: Strategically source, interview, facilitate and coordinate the employment function for field sales representatives.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

? Responsible for the pro-active recruitment and sourcing of field sales representative positions using strategies which are innovative, timely and cost effective to provide comprehensive staffing services to customer bases.
? Identify and implement innovative recruitment and staffing strategies including but not limited to: advertising, university relations, recruiters, professional associations, the Internet, job fairs and referrals.
? Proactively source passive job seekers utilizing creative sourcing techniques including relationship building skills, networking and cold calling techniques.
? Identify and qualify large volume of applicants through extensive phone interviews.
? Work collaboratively with all levels of management to maintain high level of communication and customer satisfaction. Facilitate a smooth and timely interview process and flow.
? Maintain weekly recruiting reports
? Coordinates on and off-site recruitment activities when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Exercises good judgement with demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
Strong project management/process management skills
Creativity in developing effective recruitment and interviewing methods

Experience:
3-5 years relevant high-volume recruitment experience with a demonstrated record of success
Expertise with Internet recruiting (AIRS certification preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC Applications, spreadsheets and database applications
BA/BS strongly preferred. A combination of course work and appropriate work experiences considered.
