SUMMARY OF POSITION

The responsibility of this position is to plan, organize, direct, manage and control the personnel, labor relations, and medical activities of the business units at the West Deptford, NJ site. This will be accomplished by establishing effective, harmonious company/employee relations; developing and implementing policies/procedures; directing the selection, training and evaluation of employees; administering benefit and recreational programs; developing and implementing wage and salary schedules; directing collective bargaining activities; resolving labor relations issues; advising management on labor contract negotiations and managing the overall medical program at the West Deptford site.

TRAINING, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

BA/BS in Business, Human Resources Management or related field with a minimum of six (6) years' human resource generalist experience in the areas of recruiting, labor, compensation, EEO/AAP, and training. Previous supervisory experience along with a working knowledge of PC related word processing and spreadsheet software preferred. S/PHR certification also preferred.
