Assists in the development and administration of compensation programs,
practices and procedures. The Associate Compensation Analyst will
participate in salary surveys, analyze data and maintain awareness of trends
internally and externally. Interprets salary data, determines whether pay
levels are comparable to market and formulates recommendations and proposals
relating to pay practices. Will review proposed salary actions to ensure
conformance with established guidelines and policies and advise management
on compensation practices, actions for employees and related compensation
issues. Will review proposals for new or revised classifications to
determine appropriate salary grade assignment and be responsible for
developing and implementing salary administration guidelines.

Bachelor's degree preferred, 3-5 years Compensation experience required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Ability to interface
with a variety of employees for the purpose of performing compensation
analysis related activities. Strong working knowledge of and the ability to
utilize, in a highly technical proficient manner, a variety of software
applications including, spreadsheet and work processing applications i.e.,
Excel, Word and Access.
