Fast growing South Jersey Client is searching for a candidate to support the Director of Comp/Benefits with compensation and benefit design. Most important piece: Analyze current and new plans for cost savings measures. Will analyze regulatory and non-regulatory plans. Analyze and design wellness programs for a variety of US sites. Supply business units with comp/benefit administration and policy interpretation. Legislative background for compliance. Compensation market analysis. Interact on Retirement issues and Executive comp issues. International experience a plus. MBA a plus.

Benefit analysis, some comp experience, heavy Excel, ability to work an 8 to 6 day., able to travel 5%.

90k to 110K, depending on experience
