    Hello. In my experience OCRA-based one-time passwords are strong enough and work even better than their predecessors. So you can use them to protect your data. I can even recommend you a great free online otp password generator that uses the following algorithms: TOTP, HOTP and OCRA. I use it regularly for my server and haven't had any security issues.
