Customer Service Representative
OR -PORTLAND
Description: Provides Level I support to Customers using WebMD Transactions
Service products. Responds to customer?s inquires or complaints regarding
company?s products or services via incoming telephone calls, written
correspondence or email correspondence. Reviews and researches problems based
on established policies, procedures or practices. A CSR I works on assignments
that are routine in nature and where limited judgment is required in resolving
problems and making routine recommendations. Coordinates problem resolution
with appropriate departments. Normally receives general instruction on routine
work and detailed instructions on new assignments. Refers non-standard
problems to senior staff.
Customer Support Analyst
OR -PORTLAND
Description: Responds to customer''s inquires or complaints regarding
company''s products or services via incoming telephone calls, written
correspondence or email correspondence. Reviews and researches problems based
on established policies, procedures or practices. Works on assignments that
are moderately complex in nature and where judgment is required in resolving
problems and making routine recommendations coordinates problem resolution
with appropriate departments. Generally receives no instruction on routine
work and general instructions on new assignment.
