CATERING SPECIALIST RELIEF ($9.49-12.53/hour)*

IRC6842-69153MJ Food and Nutrition. Relief. Varies: Only scheduled for booked
catering events. Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English. Must
be able to follow written and verbal instructions concerning the assembly,
set-up and removal of catering orders. Must have the ability to lift up to 50
pounds and push catering carts to various locations at OHSU. Requires high
school diploma (or equivalent) and must have a current Multnomah County Health
Department Food Handler's Card upon hire. Assemble, prioritize, and deliver
(set-up) catering orders with particular attention to completeness and
attractive presentation in a timely manner. Responsible for picking up
catering orders upon completion of the event, cleaning all equipment used, and
storing all equipment in the proper place. Restock catering supplies and set
up carts for the next business day. Deliver catering orders to outlying sites

COOK 1 RELIEF ($10.09-13.39/hour)*

IRC5985-69502MJ Food and Nutrition. Relief. As needed. Requires minimum two
years experience in a commercial food establishment, or Certificate of
Completion of Culinary Arts Food/Hospitality service degree from an accredited
school. Multnomah County Food Handlers Certificate. Catering experience
preferred. Knowledge of commercial, cooking utensils and equipment, and basic
safe handling and sanitation skills. A Cook 1 prepares and cooks individual
menu items and meals using standardized recipes and safe sanitary procedures
in a high volume dining and food service facility. Cook 1 position is
primarily responsible for providing relief and assistance to other cooks and
positions as needed by business demands and scheduling requirements for
