Cheap weather station kit?

Want to make my own weather station, most likely with Pi Pico. I need at least the basic kit: wind vane, wind direction sensor, rain meter. Couldn't find it anywhere, but I could find the rain meter for about a dollar on AliExpress, but other place have it for like 17 bucks (just the rain meter).
