Do people like multiple perspectives or prefer just one? Or is it not something people really care about?
I enjoy multiple perspectives when done well. It can help us get to know the characters better and understand what goes on through their dirty minds

Basically, a story told from more than one character’s POV. You did this yourself in Brandi’s Opus before it went third person

Thank you. I kind of thought that was what Lotus was talking about...just wasn't sure.
As for Brandi's Opus, I'm hesitant to admit that was a screw up on my part. I'm not sure why I decided to change from first person narrative to third person. I've contemplated fixing it, but for me, it would be a monumental task...maybe some day, when Brandi's Opus comes out in book form...LOL.

To be honest, I just care about what the two women fighting thinks. I find myself to lose interest very quickly of perspective of characters that are not essential to the confrontation. But that might be just me.
Depends on the context.
As others pointed out, it can work to showcase different various viewpoints and therefore, add to the overall build up.
Likewise, it could also work to introduce other elements. For example, most people here are dudes so having a 1v1v1 where one woman comes over to the man to please him while they both watch the 1v1 might add spice to the story. The idea here would be for the male perspective to serve as a relatable perspective - a window into the story, essentially.
Additionally, you can transition between multiple fight scenes, here, too. Very few people have done that but honestly, it could make for an interesting story when you imagine it on a larger scale that a 1v1 simply cannot accomplish.
I mean, what if it's some Greek story where Athena fights Hera on Mt. Olympus? Then, what if there are 10000 Amazons below fighting one another on behalf of their chosen Goddess? That would be an epic worthy of multiple perspectives, would it not?
